S.E. Cline Construction Begins a New Chapter with CWR Contracting

CWR Contracting is honored to welcome the employees and operations of S.E. Cline Construction to our company.
As part of this transition, the S.E. Cline Construction name will be retired. Going forward, the team and its operations will conduct business as CWR Contracting. While the name is changing, the experience, relationships, and knowledge Cline employees have built throughout the region will remain an important part of the business.
Based in Palm Coast, Cline has provided commercial site development and underground utility construction services for public and private projects across northeast and central Florida. These capabilities complement CWR’s existing asphalt paving, site development, and infrastructure work in the greater Daytona Beach market and along Florida’s I-95 corridor.
The addition also includes a rail-served, permitted hot-mix asphalt plant site in nearby Bunnell. This site creates an opportunity to expand CWR’s asphalt production capabilities and support continued growth along Florida’s east coast.
We respect what the Cline team has built and are proud to welcome them. Together, we will continue serving customers and communities throughout the region with a broader range of construction and infrastructure capabilities.
