CWR and FDOT Partnered on Sam Allen Road
CWR is honored to have recently partnered with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to complete the CR 580 Sam Allen Road widening project in Plant City, Florida.
The project's primary focus was to provide an alternate trucking bypass route and accommodate the increased traffic expected from the future South Florida Baptist Hospital and the North Park Isle housing development, consisting of 2,500 units.
When the original contractor defaulted, FDOT needed a competent contractor to take over and complete the project. CWR was chosen as a reliable contractor with a reputation for producing high-quality work. Our construction team devised an efficient plan, which was executed to bring the project to timely completion.
