CWR Announces Two New Divisions
C.W. Roberts Contracting, Inc. (CWR), the premier highway contractor in Florida since 1976, is pleased to announce its two new divisions in Panama City, Florida and Okeechobee, Florida.
CWR's newest liquid asphalt terminal is located in Panama City, Florida. With this new location, the company is now capable of supplying liquid asphalt to any hot mix asphalt plant located in the panhandle of Florida and Southern Alabama and Georgia. CWR will also use this terminal to receive, store, and process liquid asphalt that will be distributed to its hot mix asphalt plants.
CWR now has a hot mix asphalt and ready-mixed concrete division located in Okeechobee, Florida. This new location allows CWR to operate in south central Florida through an expanded geographic presence in the state.
"Our company is very excited to announce its new market expansions," said Bob Flowers, President of CWR. "With our new terminal, we are capable of processing liquid asphalt and distributing material to our hot mix asphalt plants vs. outsourcing this need. In addition, our new Okeechobee division not only expands our business footprint, but this new location offers ready-mixed concrete, a new in-house material for CWR that will serve new markets and benefit our daily operations."
