Project Details
Breakfast Point is a master-planned residential community in Panama City Beach, and CWR has been part of its construction from the start. Phase 3B continues a partnership that goes back to the original buildout of the neighborhood.
Our crews prepped the site for the vertical contractors, then installed erosion control, utility conduit, potable and reclaimed water distribution, and sanitary sewer with lift stations. From there, the paving team built the asphalt roads and concrete connections that move people through the neighborhood. The work is the kind of foundational sitework that residents do not see day to day, but that the community will use for decades.
