Windmark Beach is a quiet, historic stretch of Port St. Joe, and the Windmark Creekside neighborhood has grown into a residential community that many Floridians call home. CWR Contracting was on the ground for the foundational work on Creekside Phase 1B and the Village Center East expansion, building the sitework that everything else sits on.
Our crews handled the clearing and earthwork, then installed stormwater drainage, water systems, and sanitary sewer before the asphalt paving team came in to build the roads and sidewalks that tie the community together. The result is a residential development built on infrastructure that is going to hold up for the long run.
